The Elements of Business
Time Warner Cable Business Class provides their clients an established national network with local teams of dedicated professionals to provide communication solutions that scale to each companies' specific needs.
The Elements of Business brand conveys the image of TWC as a total business communications solutions provider. The brand is reinforced with four product categories — data, security, video and eventually, voice — combined to equal a “total solution.” All of TWC’s products and services fall into one of these four categories. To illustrate the product categories, a visual reference device (a product category icon) shows the multiple solutions within the TWC portfolio. It also enables TWC to reference a product’s relationship to the “big solution portfolio picture” by using the category color and shape for visual representation. Individual products are further identified by specific iconographic letter abbreviations (e.g. MgS is Managed Security).
