The overall brand concept stemmed from the most basic of building materials – the block. This square
dominates every piece within the Monument corporate literature family. At times, it is a subdued mark in the lower right corner as to not overshadow the individual real estate sales materials. The vibrant corporate
color is based on the yellow signage placed at all construction sites.
